What we collect

Identity data: full name, national identity number, date of birth, and address.

Identity documents: national identity card, tax number where applicable, and a selfie for matching.

Contact data: email address, and phone number if you provide one.

Basis and purpose

Data is collected to meet know-your-user obligations as a marketplace operator, and is used only for verification and for supervision that is required of us.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party marketing.

Storage and protection

The national identity number is stored encrypted and is never displayed back in full, to you or to a reviewer.

Identity documents are held in closed storage that is not publicly reachable. Documents can be viewed only by an authorised reviewer, and every viewing is logged.

Retention and deletion

Verification data is kept while your account is active and for as long as the applicable rules require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, request correction of anything inaccurate, and request deletion so far as that does not conflict with retention obligations that apply to us.
